Sara and Brandon Perry were excitedly anticipating their nuptials when Sara, who was 35 weeks pregnant, discovered on the morning of Feb. 13 that her water had broken.

The pair had scheduled their wedding for Feb. 16, believing they had plenty of time before their baby arrived — but their little one had other plans.
