Eric had taken a few minutes before coming in to see me to look at my chart to see what had happened to me in the few months since I'd last seen him. Really facilitated the smoothness of the appointment as he had a good idea of why I'd come in to see him. Supported my feeling of his competence in his ability to provide good care.

He diagnosed my problem. Told me what they were and gave me different exercises to help until I got to physical therapy. We also talked about the prescriptions I could have or the route I could go between prescriptions.
