Jonathan N. Wellman, PhD

Jonathan Wellman, Ph.D., ABPP is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. He is board certified in clinical neuropsychology. He has been working with adults in a variety of settings including VA and academic hospitals for nearly a decade.

Dr. Wellman completed his undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of Missouri - Kansas City and obtained an M.A. in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. He completed his internship in clinical psychology at the Missouri Health Sciences Psychology Consortium and APPCN affiliated postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Missouri. 

Dr. Wellman sees adult patients with a wide variety of suspected neurologic diagnoses affecting their cognitive functioning. He has particular interest in epilepsy, acquired brain injuries (e.g. stroke and hypoxia), and neurodegenerative disorders. Being a veteran himself, Dr. Wellman also has a special interest in traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and military psychology.
