About Kevin A. Bybee
Kevin A. Bybee, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiologist with Saint Luke's Cardiovascular Consultants. He was born and raised in Quincy, IL and graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic where he was awarded the Outstanding Achievement award.
Dr. Bybee completed his Cardiovascular fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic with additional training in advanced non-invasive cardiac imaging. During his fellowship training, he attained the rank of Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Medical School.
He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and joined the cardiology department at Saint Luke's Health System in 2005. He primarily sees patients at Saint Luke's South in Overland Park, KS where he serves as the Medical Director for cardiovascular services.
Dr. Bybee is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and is actively involved in cardiovascular research. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed manuscripts.
