No Purchase Necessary to enter or win, nor will a purchase improve one’s chance of winning.  Entrants do not need to be a patient of Saint Luke’s Health System nor is this Sweepstakes tied to any health care services. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to enter:  
For a chance to win one (1) KC Current team-signed jersey, you must submit your entry at the Saint Luke’s Health System table at the KC Current Game on September 1, 2023 at Children’s Mercy Park. All entries will be closed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023. Saint Luke’s Health System will randomly select two (2) winners no later than 7:30 pm on Friday, September 1, 2023. The winners will be announced during half time.  If you are selected as a winner and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, you will be asked to pick up the jersey after the game concludes.  By participating in this Sweepstakes you consent to use of your email and other personal information in accordance with these Contest Rules and our privacy policy: https://www.saintlukeskc.org/privacy-policy.

Eligibility:  
No purchase necessary. One entry allowed per person. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or Washington, D.C.  Sweepstakes is not open to any individual if he/she or his/her parent, or sibling, or any member of their household is an employee of any entity in the Saint Luke’s Health System, 901 E. 104th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, 64131. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.  Only one (1) winner per household.  
If a winner is disqualified, Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize at all.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item(s) by any winner.  Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferrable.  Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.  All costs, including but not limited to federal and local state tax costs, if and when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Confirmed winners will be required to fill out a W9 in order to claim the prize. 

Winners/Prize:  
One (1) prize will be awarded to two (2) winners for this contest. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $300. Prize is non-transferable. Winners will be announced during half time and can pick up their prize at Mazuma Plaza inside Children’s Mercy Park following conclusion of the match.

Disclaimer:  
If this Sweepstakes is not capable of being held as planned, including, but not limited to, cancellation, bad weather, or any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Saint Luke’s Health System’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes and Saint Luke’s Health System can perform or not perform, at its sole discretion, the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the Sweepstakes.

Limitation on Liability:  
Winner, by acceptance of the prize, (a) agrees to the Contest Rules and decisions of Saint Luke’s Health System, and (b) releases Saint Luke’s Health System and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize. The Released Parties do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Saint Luke’s Health System or the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this giveaway and which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.  In consideration for his/her participation in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including attorney’s fees.

Saint Luke’s Health System can modify these official rules in any way or at any time, as long as Saint Luke’s Health System gives reasonable notice.
