Carmen Parker-Bradshaw

Administrator, Saint Luke’s Hospital Crittenton Children’s Center

Carmen Parker-Bradshaw, MPA, is vice president and administrator of Saint Luke’s Hospital Crittenton Children’s Center and director of the behavioral health service line for BJC Health System’s West Region (Saint Luke’s). In this combined role, Carmen leads operations at Crittenton Children’s Center—which cares for the behavioral and mental health of Kansas City’s children and their families—as well as for all areas of Saint Luke’s Behavioral Health, focusing on integration across inpatient and outpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults.

Prior to joining Saint Luke’s in 2024, Carmen served as division vice president for population health at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. Previous roles also include chief administrative officer and chief of staff at Burrell Center Inc., based in Springfield, Missouri, and system director roles responsible for regulatory compliance and community and population health for Mercy in St. Louis.

Carmen earned her Master of Public Administration degree from Missouri State University.
