Visitors are welcome at Saint Luke’s facilities. Please review our visitor information for facility-specific guidelines.
Smoking Policy
All Saint Luke’s locations are smoke-free environments—inside and outside. The use of tobacco, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, and vapes is prohibited in all buildings, parking garages, and surrounding grounds of our hospitals and facilities.
Dining Options
The hospital cafeteria offers hot meals, salad bar, snacks, and complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast is from 6:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m. and lunch is from 11:15 a.m.–1 p.m. daily. 60+ Dine program meals are offered during lunch Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Vending machines are located by the cafeteria and in the Emergency Department waiting area.
Sending Mail/Flowers
To ensure prompt delivery, mail and flowers should be addressed using the patient’s full name and room number.
Gift Shop
Auxiliary volunteers operate the hospital’s gift shop, offering snacks and a variety of unique gift items Monday–Friday from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. To reach the gift shop, call 620-365-1258.
Spiritual Wellness
The always-open chapel is located near the emergency department. A volunteer chaplain is available to provide spiritual support for patients and families.

Here are the health plans Allen County Regional Hospital currently accepts. Because this list does change, please verify that your doctor accepts your insurance plan when you make your first appointment.

Advance directives allow you to document your wishes today so your family won't have to make heart-wrenching decisions later. These directives are written in advance of serious illness. They outline your choices regarding health care, or name someone to make these choices on your behalf.

Saint Luke’s manages your medical information, including medical records requests. We are dedicated to ensuring your records are kept in strict confidence and are not released without the patient’s consent, except as required by law.
