Brian Thompson Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter – Fourth Quarter 2025

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Brian Thompson, an IS site analyst at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for fourth quarter of 2025. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Thompson at a ceremony held in his honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.

In his nomination form, Thompson’s coworkers said, “Brian went above and beyond to help another department resolve an ongoing issue that had been happening for months and was able to find resolution. He displays respect, kindness, and is a great team member. Brian is a great resource and is very helpful to others. He is appreciated for his good humor, tact, and persistence.”

In recognition of the award, Thompson received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of his choice for three months, his photo posted in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
