Gloria Coffman Named Wright Memorial Hospital Employee of Quarter
TRENTON, Mo. — Gloria Coffman, a member of our environment services team at Wright Memorial Hospital, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Coffman at a ceremony held in her honor.
The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.
In her nomination form, Coffman’s coworkers said, “Gloria is very friendly during their interactions with coworkers and patients. She volunteers to help in other departments which has involved taking on additional duties. Gloria provides valuable feedback to improve the department workflow. She is always positive, dependable, and does an excellent job at prioritizing cleanliness.”
In recognition of the award, Coffman received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
