Kimber Roberts Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter - Fourth Quarter 2024

Kimber Roberts, a registered nurse I at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for fourth quarter of 2024. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Roberts at a ceremony held in her honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families.

In her nomination form, Robert’s coworkers said, “Kimber has great critical thinking skills and is compassionate in providing the best care for our patients and community. She shows great determination and lends a helping hand to all areas of the department. Kimber is often recognized by patients for being knowledgeable, kind, and having a contagious smile.”

In recognition of the award, Roberts received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, her name engraved on a plaque displayed in the hospital, and recognition in local media.
