Terry Plaster Named Hedrick Medical Center 2025 Employee of the Year

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. – Hedrick Medical Center recently announced the 2025 Employee of the Year. Terry Plaster, an executive administrative assistant at Hedrick Medical Center, was presented with the award at a ceremony held in her honor on February 25. Other nominees were 2025 Employee of the Quarter winners Lorrinda Suddith, Lacey Reeter, and Brian Thompson.

In her nomination form, Plaster’s coworkers said, “Terry has a remarkable attention to detail.  She is friendly, kind, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Terry does a great job showing appreciation to others and providing positive feedback. She always has a smile on her face and shows great dedication. Terry is very proud to be part of the Saint Luke’s team. She has experienced many changes during her tenure and always remains very positive. Terry is a dedicated employee who graciously works behind the scenes to make sure many meetings run smoothly.”

Plaster enjoys spending time with John, her husband of 45 years, and together they enjoy traveling, family game nights, and spending time with their family, including their nieces and nephews. She likes outdoor photography and spending time on their family farm. Plaster serves with her husband at The United Church of Tina, where he pastors.
