All Saint Luke’s Diabetes Education Centers have been recognized by the American Diabetes Association. Our certified diabetes educators, which include registered nurses and registered dietitians, lead group and individual sessions at convenient locations throughout the Kansas City metro area.

After a hospital stay or health event, we know patients want to feel better and go home. Saint Luke’s Home Care services allow patients to recover in the comfort of their home, with the care and support they trust from Saint Luke’s.

Our palliative care team is expertly trained to provide guidance in navigating the health care system and collaborates with patients and their doctors on treatment.
