KC Current VIP Tickets + Parking Pass Drawing Sweepstakes

How to enter:
For a chance to win four (4) VIP tickets and one (1) parking pass for KC Current game on August 28, 2022 at Children’s Mercy Park through Saint Luke’s Health System, you must submit your entry at the Saint Luke’s Health System booth at the Midwest Ability Summit on August 20, 2022 or electronically at Enter to Win. All entries will be closed at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2022. Saint Luke’s Health System will randomly select one (1) winner no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, August 22, 2022. The winner will be notified via email.  If you are selected as a winner and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, you will be sent the tickets and parking pass via email.  By participating in the Sweepstakes you consent to use of your email and other personal information in accordance with these Contest Rules and our privacy policy.

Eligibility:
No purchase necessary.  A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.  Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. One entry allowed per person. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or Washington, D.C.  Sweepstakes is not open to any individual if he/she or his/her parent, or sibling, or any member of their household is an employee of any entity in the Saint Luke’s Health System, 901 E. 104^th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, 64131. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.  Only one (1) winner per household.  Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Any attempt by you to obtain more than one (1) entry per day, per website by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void your entries and you may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by you.  In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an electronic form entry, the entry will be declared to have been by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

If a winner is disqualified, Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize at all.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item(s) by any winner.  Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferrable.  Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.  All costs, including but not limited to federal and local state tax costs, if and when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Confirmed winners will be required to fill out a W9 in order to claim the prize.  This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. 

Winners/Prize:
One (1) prize will be awarded for this contest. The winner will receive four (4) VIP tickets and one (1) parking pass for KC Current game. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $820.00. Winner will be announced on the Saint Luke Health System Facebook page.

Publicity release:
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s consent to use, publish, reproduce and for all purposes, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including, without limitation, the Internet, television of offline promotions), each winner’s name, voice, likeness, photograph, opinions, and or hometown and state, and any portion thereof, each extending throughout the universe and in perpetuity without further compensation, credit, or right of review or approval, except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimer:
If this giveaway is not capable of being held as planned, including, but not limited to, Midwest Ability Summit cancellation, bad weather, or any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Saint Luke’s Health System’s control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Saint Luke’s Health System reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes and Saint Luke’s Health System can perform or not perform, at its sole discretion, the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the giveaway.

Limitation on Liability:
Winner, by acceptance of the prize, (a) agrees to these ContestRules , and (b) releases Saint Luke’s Health System and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use the prize. The Released Parties do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Saint Luke’s Health System or the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes and which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.  In consideration for his/her participation in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including attorney’s fees.

Disputes/Governing Law:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri. Any action or litigation concerning this Agreement shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Jackson County, Missouri and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Missouri. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

Saint Luke’s Health System can modify these Contest Rules in any way or at any time, as long as Saint Luke’s Health System gives reasonable notice.
