In honor of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) Awareness Month, one local woman is sharing her story about how the disabling condition has impacted her life.

Amy Rodriguez was diagnosed with GBS after a respiratory infection.

FOX4 talked to Dr. Karin Olds, a neurologist at Saint Luke's Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute, about the condition and recovery.
