Grief is a powerful emotional and physical reaction to the loss of someone or something. It can be a complex emotion to process and for children and teens, it is no different. Girl Scouts of NE Kansas and NW Missouri and Saint Luke’s Home Care & Hospice are partnering again to bring the “Express Yourself Camp” to grieving kids in the area early this June.

Roslyn Chelliah, MA, MT-BC, Music Therapist at Saint Luke's Home Care & Hospice, and Marcela Rodriguez, Interim CEO, Girl Scouts of NE Kansas and NW Missouri, talk to Shane on MyKC Live about what to expect from the camp, when it is, and how it helps children with grief and coping skills. Click here to register before June 4th.
