KMBC: Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Institute Gets Patients Planting with Garden Party

Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Institute in Overland Park is giving patients a chance to do the things that they love again.

The Rehabilitation Institute hosted a garden party to get patients outside and planting for a unique form a therapy.

KMBC talked to Laura Montgomery, an occupational therapist at the Rehabilitation Institute, about the benefits of gardening for patients in rehabilitation.
