KSHB: Expert Discusses Impact of Cell Phones on Children as Parents Call for Ban in Classrooms

As some local school districts enforce stricter cell phone policies, a group of parents in the Shawnee Mission School District are petitioning to ban the use of cell phones in classrooms.
