A recent poll by the American Psychological Association found 77% of adults say the future of the nation is a significant source of stress in their lives, with nearly 70% noting the U.S. presidential election.

Dr. Kadie Harry, a Saint Luke's licensed psychologist, spoke with KSHB about the stressors for voters, and how they can best handle election-related anxiety with less than a week until Election Day.
