Local Media Coverage: Saint Luke's Hospital NICU caring for 12 sets of twins
The neonatal intensive care unit at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is staying busy caring for not one, not two, but 12 sets of twins.
Believed to be the largest number of twins Saint Luke's has cared for at one time, all of the sets were born 5-14 weeks early. Families were from Kansas City to as far away as Saint Joseph, MO., Harrisonville, MO, and Emporia, KS.
Helen Ransom with Faces You Love Photography captured the heartwarming photographs to share with the families to help document their stay in the NICU.
