Madison Mallory Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter - First Quarter 2024

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Madison Mallory, a registered nurse II at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2024. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Mallory at a ceremony held in her honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families.

In her nomination form, Mallory’s co-workers said, “Madison shows so much care and compassion to her patients as well as their families. She has a strong nursing skillset, is always calm in chaotic situations, and provides a voice of reason. Madison is a blessing to her co-workers and is a true asset to HMC. She continuously moves her schedule around to assist in accommodating ICU shift coverage as well as swapping shifts with co-workers so they can attend personal events.”

In recognition of the award, Mallory received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, her name engraved on a plaque displayed in the hospital, and recognition in local media.
