Saint Luke’s Health System Named to Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2023

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Saint Luke’s Health System has been recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2023 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.

Newsweek and Plant-A Insights based their scoring on a review of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and an anonymous online survey of a diverse pool of employees at companies with 1,000 or more employees in the U.S. Respondents were asked about a range of key drivers in employee satisfaction, including corporate culture; proactive management of a diverse workforce; sustainability and awareness; compensation and benefits; training and career progression; work-life balance; working environment; and company image.

Saint Luke's Health System’s commitment to diversity and inclusion includes monitoring accountability, advising management on trends, and promoting the value of diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
