CHILLICOTHE, Mo.– Lisa Todd, release of information processor at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital’s Employee of the Quarter for second quarter 2020.

The Employee of the Quarter Award honors an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and  their families. In her nomination form, Todd is described as, “working extremely well with all patients and going out of her way to make them feel special and taken care of. Lisa is always willing to learn new things, and she ensures she keeps up with the ever-changing release of information regulations. She recognizes the power of effectively using respectful communication and has used this talent to help educate her peers.” 

In recognition of the award, Todd received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, an extra eight hours of pay, the parking space of her choice, a department lunch, and logoed Hedrick Medical Center apparel. Steve Schieber, Hedrick Medical Center Chief Executive Officer, presented the award to Todd at a reception held in her honor on July 29.
