Kara Gott named Wright Memorial Hospital’s Employee of the Quarter

Kara Gott, a licensed practical nurse at Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for third quarter 2014. Gary Jordan, CEO, presented the award to Gott at a ceremony held in her honor.
 
The Employee of the Quarter Award honors an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families. In her nomination form, Gott's co-workers said, “This employee is loved by her patients. She has such a positive attitude. She is a great team player and is always willing to help out and go above and beyond. She is a very knowledgeable nurse and is always focused on her patients’ wellbeing.”

In recognition of the award, Gott received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, her name posted on the Employee of the Quarter wall plaque, and other prizes and rewards.
