Imaging

Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Centers

There are two ways to order imaging for your patients:

  1. If you are a Saint Luke’s provider, your order can be submitted through Epic, choosing the Saint Luke’s Radiology location for the exam to be performed. Once processed, your patient will receive a call from central scheduling.
  2. If you are an independent provider, provide a written order for services to allow your patient to schedule the imaging and please fax the order form to 816-502-8575. Once preauthorization has been confirmed, the patient will be contacted to schedule the exam.

Authorizations are handled by our staff at four locations: Burlington Creek, Blue Springs, Mission Farms, and Shoal Creek

A health care professional from the dialysis center or referring physician’s office can fax our referral form (PDF) to the kidney transplant program – 816-932-3973 (Kansas City) or 316-303-1026 (Wichita).

We review your patient’s information to determine if a transplant evaluation is appropriate. If so, we schedule an evaluation, staying in touch with you throughout the process.
