Local anchor, Christel Bell, came to Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City when she knew something wasn't right.

Anderson County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), a department of Anderson County Hospital, was recently awarded a grant from the MFA Oil Foundation to purchase mobile radio communications equipment.

While the hospital’s EMS volunteers do not provide patient-saving care, their presence helps the paramedics and EMT’s who do.

The Koontz Center has cared for hundreds of patients with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer since its inception in 2016.
