About Madison Fugate, PA-C
Madison Fugate, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with Saint Luke's Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She has specialized training in helping patients recover from neurologic conditions including strokes, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries, as well as those who've suffered multiple traumas, amputation, and other complex injuries. She is passionate about helping patients find hope and resilience through their recovery.
When not caring for patients, Madison enjoys being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.
