The Anderson County Review: New county EMS head will aim at staffing, developing young talent for careers in emergency service disciplines

The new head of Anderson County’s Emergency Medical Services Department is an Iowa native whose experience runs from Midwest farm country to the sparsely populated high-desert frontier area of southern Oregon.

Troy Armstrong spoke to The Anderson County Review about the experience he brings to the County, the advantages that Anderson County has, and his goal for the community.
