FOX4: Saint Luke's Holds Moment of Silence for Physician Suicide Awareness

Each year, roughly 300-400 physicians die by suicide. National Physician Suicide Awareness Day, observed each year on September 17, highlights the alarming rates of physician suicide and the need for greater support in the health care industry.

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City held a moment of silence to raise awareness and to bring attention to the resources available for health care professionals.
