FOX4: Saint Luke’s Patient, Family Benefit from Genetic Testing, Encourage Others to get Tested

A Warrensburg, Missouri, man credits doctors at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute for bringing genetic testing to his attention and helping keep his heart and family healthy. 

FOX4 talked with Joe Gilbert about his story and Dr. Andrew Kao, medical director of heart transplantation at Saint Luke's, about how genetic testing helps families with heart disease.
