KCTV: Saint Luke’s East Hosts its First NICU Reunion since COVID-19 Pandemic

Saint Luke’s East Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) hosted former NICU babies—along with their parents and siblings—at its first in-person reunion since the COVID-19 pandemic. The event celebrates just how far NICU babies have come and how they are doing now. It reunites families with the doctors and nurses who cared for them during their stay at Saint Luke’s East Hospital.

The Barnes family shares their NICU journey, and a NICU nurse spoke with KCTV about how special this event is for them.
