Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City has a level III NICU with specialty-trained staff to care for babies born as early as 22 weeks old. 

During Prematurity Awareness Month, Karla Torain, the director of obstetrical and neonatal services at Saint Luke’s, talks to KCTV about the ELGAN Program, a special program at Saint Luke’s to care for these tiny babies born prematurely.
