Dr. Andrew Schlachter, pulmonologist and critical care physician, is on the front lines caring for some of the communities sickest COVID-19 patients. He talks to KMBC about mask exemptions as masks mandates continue in the Kansas City metro area. He has a strong message for the community about covering your face. 

Dr. Schlachter says if you could see what he sees every day - what COVID-19 is doing to people in our community - maybe masks would seem like a minor inconvenience.
