KMBC: Former KU Quarterback Working His Way Back to the USFL With Rehabilitation After Battling Rare Neurological Disorder

A former KU quarterback and USFL player is working to get back to the field after battling a rare neurological disorder. 

Montell Cozart was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome this summer and spent weeks working with the team at Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Institute to regain his strength and independence. 

KMBC talked to Montell and Dr. Venessa Lee, a physical medicine & rehabilitation specialist at Saint Luke's, about the important role of rehabilitation in his recovery.
