KSHB: Saint Luke's Oncologist who Survived Cancer Raising Money for Cancer Patients

Dr. Furha Cossor, a hematology oncologist at Saint Luke’s Cancer Institute, is a cancer survivor herself and she is going beyond the walls of the hospital to fight cancer.  

Dr. Cossor’s mission is a personal one. She knows exactly what her patients are going through because she used to be one of them. Her cancer journey is the entire reason she became an oncologist. As a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Visionary of the Year candidate, Dr. Cossor is helping raise funds for individuals affected by blood cancer.
