KSHB: WILLPower: Healing in Motion Camp helps children work through grief

Nearly 100 children grieving the death of a loved one had fun attending the first WILLPower: Healing in Motion Camp hosted by Pro Football Hall of Famer and former Chief's player Will Shields and Saint Luke's Home Care & Hospice.

Through games and small group discussions led by grief experts, campers learned how to open up about their feelings and discovered that they are not alone in their grief.

"So you can look around and go you know what, I'm not alone; I'm not by myself--there's others that are going through the same things that I've been through and they're doing well, and we can do this together," Shields said.
