Pharmacy Practice News: Lessons Learned From ASHP’s Center of Excellence Program Recipients

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is one of six institutions recognized as Certified Centers of Excellence in Medication-Use Safety and Pharmacy Practice, following a rigorous certification process that ranges from 12 to 24 months. Certification lasts for three years.

Pharmacy Practice News sat down with several of these institutions that have been certified since the program in 2021.
