Collection Procedure:
1. Samples must be delivered STAT to Ref Lab within 1 hour of collection (specimens shouldn't be put in the pneumatic tube system).
2. Samples will be collected either in the Cardiac Clinic or in Suite 140 (MP1) only for SLH Cardiac patients.
3. Shippers will be kept in Ref Lab.
Specimen Processing:
1. Ref Lab will process specimens using CareDX reagents and procedure provided and freeze within 2 hours of collection.
2. More than one patient's sample can be sent in the same shipper.
3. Ship FROZEN on the day of collection.
