Patient should be fasting for at least 8 hours prior to specimen collection.

PATIENT'S AGE, SEX, HEIGHT AND WEIGHT ARE REQUIRED FOR TESTING.

Specimen Processing:
1. SEPARATE THE SERUM FROM THE CELLS WITHIN 2 HOURS OF COLLECTION and transfer serum to aliquot tube.
2. Submit separate frozen specimens for each test requested.

Unacceptable Condition:
