Collection Procedure:
1. Collect Monday through Thursday only, NOT the day before a holiday.
2. Specimens must arrive at the testing lab within 48 hours of collection.

Unacceptable Condition:
1. Samples with less than 1,000 WBC/uL may only have the RBC analysis reported.
2. Specimens received for testing greater than 48 hours old and viability <80% will be rejected.
3. Lithium heparin tubes or tubes with gel are unacceptable!
