We work with patients to measure the presence and degree of behavioral impairments because of neurological disease or problems in brain development. This information is used to diagnose neurobehavioral disorders; differentiate cognitive and psychological conditions; determine prognosis; and to make treatment recommendations.

Our team specializes in neurological and neurosurgical disorders, cognitive disorders, and traumatic brain injuries. We collaborate with other clinicians throughout Saint Luke’s Health System, including but not limited to, neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, and primary care.

Appointment Information

Financial policy
All copayments and payments toward any deductibles are expected at the time of service. If you do not provide current and accurate insurance information for each visit, you may be financially responsible for those services provided. If you are unable to provide required payment at the time of service, you may be rescheduled until this is resolved. You will find a complete list of the insurances we accept below.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call or message us at least 24 hours before your appointment. There may be a fee for missed appointments and continuous no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be rescheduled. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete the pre-appointment process (vitals, questionnaires, etc.).

Referrals
Neuropsychological evaluations require a referral from your physician, and your insurance may require prior authorization for the evaluation. After receiving the referral, our office will attempt to work with your insurance to obtain prior authorization, if necessary. However, prior authorization is not a guarantee of payment.
