Reflex Test :
Cascade begins with total IgA. IgA results ≥ 40 mg/dL will reflex to tissue transglutaminase IgA (tTG – IgA). IgA results below the reference range reflex to tTG and gliadin IgG through reference lab. tTG IgA results between 4-10 U/mL will reflex to gliadin IgA. tTG IgA and gliadin IgA are not available individually.
