• MISSOURI- All cases or suspected cases of measles must be immediately reported to:      
  
  The local public health agency or to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) at 573-751-6113 or
  800-392-0272 outside normal business hours. The Missouri State Public Health Laboratory (MSPHL) will assist with shipment of samples to the CDC.
