KMBC: As pandemic continues, more people seeking mental health help
We all know the five stages of grief; denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. With the pandemic disrupting our normal way of life, people are missing the things we are used to doing.
KMBC spoke to a psychotherapist at Saint Luke's about how people need to find meaning. It's the new sixth stage of the grief process. Monty says we need to "name it to feel it and feel it to heal it."
