KMBC: Daylight saving time can signal the the start of seasonal mental health struggles
While daylight saving time may offer a little extra sleep, it can also signal a time of year that can greatly impact our mental health. Things getting darker earlier can be especially difficult for those dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.
KMBC talked to a psychotherapist at Saint Luke's Health System, about ways to treat SAD and thrive this time of year.
