KCTV: Learn More About the Need for Foster Families in KC

There is a crucial need for foster care parents and families in the Kansas City area. May is National Foster Care Month and a time to recognize the important role that foster parents and families can have on children who are in need of a loving, supportive, and safe home. 

Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center specializes in the unique needs of these children and families and is one of only two private agencies to provide foster care case management and adoption services for Jackson and Cass Counties.

KCTV spoke with Jeannette Koster, LCSW, MSW, Director of Foster Care & Adoption at Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center, about the need for foster families in Kansas City.
