Cassie Jaynes Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter - Fourth Quarter 2023

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Cassie Jaynes, a physical therapist III at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2023. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Jaynes at a ceremony held in her honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families.

In her nomination form, Jaynes’s co-workers said, “Cassie takes great pride in patient care and is driven to provide the best care to our patients. She persistently seeks continuing education courses that not only advance her skills but benefit our patient population. Cassie is looked upon as a mentor within and outside the rehab department. She displays excellent teamwork. She is loved by her patients. She often follows-up with her patients after discharge to ensure they are doing well.”

In recognition of the award, Jaynes received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, her name engraved on a plaque displayed in the hospital, and recognition in local media.
