Why I Give: Diane Murphy
Over the years, Diane Murphy has donated to several health care causes—diabetes in honor of her mother, Parkinson’s disease for her father, St. Jude’s for a friend.

Why I Give: Carolyn Downham
For children in foster care, meeting with their natural parents is an important time—but it can also be stressful, especially when there is no good place to have a relaxed visit.

Generations of Generosity: Board Member Continues His Family's Legacy of Giving
From the roots of their family farm to the roots of the Kansas City community, the Dillingham’s have spent seven generations enhancing the lives of others.
Giving Back to the Next Generation of Pharmacists
As clinical coordinator of Saint Luke’s pharmacy residency program, Mark Woods, PharmD, has devoted his career to developing the next generation of pharmacists. Over a quarter-century, he has helped build a program that now offers clinical rotations to nearly 150 pharmacy students annually and provides training to several residents.

Donor Spotlight
Dale and Peggy Schwader considered themselves fortunate. They were married in 1965, and for decades, took an active part in the Kansas City community. The couple had no serious health problems for most of their lives, and when they did need care, they often turned to Saint Luke’s.
