With the holiday season here, many people feel stressed and anxious during a time of the year that is meant to be joyous and peaceful.

According to the American Psychological Association, nearly nine in ten U.S adults say something causes them stress during the holiday season and 43% say that stress interferes with their ability to enjoy the holidays.

This week, Katie Groves, LCSW, Psychotherapist with Saint Luke’s Behavioral Health Specialists, talks about what these stressors are, how we can cope and take care of ourselves, and when to seek professional help.
