KCTV: Doctors use 3-D printer to help remove tumor from Blue Springs teen
After years of dealing with sinus pressure, doctors found a tumor behind 14-year-old Kwenten Lee's nose earlier this year.
He came to Saint Luke's where doctors used a special 3-D printer to create a mold of his skull to better visualize the complex tumor.
KCTV talked to Dr. Coleman Martin and Dr. Vidur Bhalla about how they used the innovative technology to safely remove the large mass, helping Kwenten breathe easy and return to the football field.
