Kansas City Star: Parents Worry as Youth Sports Play on During Extreme KC Heat Wave

Youth sports practices are in full swing as the Kansas City area is under an excessive heat warning. During excessive heat, the National Weather Services warns children are one of the groups most at risk of developing heat-related illness.
